Fall Detox Soup Recipe

Rich in immune supporting herbs, root vegetables and f
all flavors this soup is a crowd pleaser.
This recipe makes a batch big enough to nourish you all we
ek long.
2 tsp Cinnamon powder
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder

piece Turmeric Root, peeled and chopped 1

piece Ginger Root, peeled and chopped
3 Garlic cloves
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 Sweet onion, chopped
1 Bunch Kale, chopped
6 cups Vegetable Broth
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
3/4 C Dried Apricots, Chopped 2# Sweet Potato
4 Carrots
1 Parsnip
1 can Garbanzo Beans
Saute onion in olive oil about 5 minutes, then add Kale and spice blend & cook for another few minutes.
Add broth and all remaining ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are
cooked. Garnish with sprouted pumpkin seeds and black seed.
